Cleaner
Mount Isa Mines are currently advertising a vacancy that exists for the position of Cleaner, located in Mount Isa. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the Copper Concentrator team and will report to the Officer -Operations. This is a residential role, with options to work a Monday to Friday or a 7/7 roster.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Cleaning of all work areas and other assets as required.
- Maintaining a high level of housekeeping of all stock and chemicals
- Reporting all maintenance to the Officer- Operations
- Working with minimal supervision to complete assigned daily tasks.
- Completing any other assigned duties as required
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
- Current manual driver’s license
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing work situations.
- Strong work ethic and ability to use initiative as required.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus
- High attention to detail
- Sound understanding of workplace OH&S
