- Bachelorās degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience working with executives or supporting teams in an administrative-related role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Experience in calendar management over international timezones, travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
- Experience in project management, managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a complex environment, collaborate, and communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions.

Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with a team that supports Global Communications and Public Affairs.
- Manage administrative tasks (calendars, book travel, coordinate external customer meetings, and schedule facilities and equipment).
- Partner with global leads, resources, and point of contact to coordinate business and team needs.
- Optimize processes and build new operational strategies to drive efficiency, effectiveness and responsiveness into existing operations and managing team-related projects.
- PartnerĀ closely with Administrative Business Partners (ABPs), Strategy and Operations Lead, and APAC Communication leads to execute processes to support the business and leaders.
