Full Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing Marketing Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our marketing business plan, crafting marketing plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management. Responsibilities and Duties Manager-Digital Marketing • Plan & execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, &display advertising campaigns.
• Measure & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns & evaluate against goals (ROI & KPIs). • Identify trends & insights & optimizes spend & performance based on the insights. • Brainstorm growth strategies through digital marketing. • Handle planning, creation, & execution of postings • Plans, executes, & measures experiments & conversion tests. • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages & optimize the user experience.
• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across channels & touchpoints. • Identify critical conversion points & drop-off points & optimize user funnels. Skills Required • Self-motivated yet customer-focused • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences & devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, & motivate • Required basic knowledge of Graphic Designing • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• Experience in setting up & optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines Experience • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field • 3-4 years proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry • Experience in optimizing landing pages & user funnels • Experience with planning & management of Social Media, GDN, SEO & Database Marketing
• Experience with Google Analytics or other analytical tools ・ • Understand Direct Response & Performance Metric Management
