Are you a chef skilled in Indian cuisine ready to create some of the tastiest Indian food in London?
We are looking for a highly skilled chef with experience in Indian cuisine to work as part of a great team who are really striving to put their London restaurant on the map.
The right candidate needs to be able to work to the highest standards and run and maintain the Indian section of a busy kitchen.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside the head chef to create your own menu and really develop your cooking style.
Key job role requirements are….
- Experience in both preparation and service of Indian cuisine is essential
- Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Key interest in global food trends and a good knowledge of the London food scene
QualificationsThis is a full time position (40 hours per week) and will involve a mixture of shift patterns including nights & weekends
Salary: £39,000 per year
