Restaurant Manager
Full Job Description
- To have a good understanding of the Filipino culture and branding
- Oversee and manage the dining operations by monitoring store presentation, supporting brand consistency and implementing the restaurant strategy and action plan
- Lead and motivate the team to complete the sales process, ensure customer satisfaction, comply with company procedures and maximize productivity and profitability
- Train and monitor the development of staff and quality of service
- Manage manpower requirements and oversee staff welfare for a conducive working environment
- Oversee inventory, restocked supplies and placed orders for floor requirements in Alegria SIngapore
- Maintained relationships with restaurant vendors to facilitate effective inventory management and implement cost controls.
- Support brand consistency by delivering exceptional customer service to all guests
- Handle customer feedbacks and complaints, technical and sanitation issues; engage in problem solving while upholding brand name
- Maintain the upkeep of the store and conduct regular inventory tracking
- Actively seek knowledge in food and drinks preparation processes
- Actively engage in management activities such as menu development, budgeting and revenue forecasting
