Our Client:
Our client are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director of Marketing to join their internal marketing team.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the real estate industry and the ability to create innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our clients target audience.
As an Associate Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing marketing initiatives for our company’s development projects. You will be working closely with the senior management team to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the brand, generate leads, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the real estate industry and the ability to create innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all project related on-site branding
- Responsible for project identity development for upcoming new projects
- Responsible for campaign development for existing and upcoming projects
- Leading marketing team
- Creating new lead generation ideas for existing projects
- Designing campaign plans as per business needs
- Supporting other internal and external stakeholders with any information related to projects
- Agency management
- Budget management
- Managing and supporting all marketing and communication related activities for our clients real estate portfolio
- Responsible for project related static and dynamic content
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of marketing professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
