Lounge Associate – Changi Airport

As a Lounge Associate, you play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for passengers.

• Welcome passengers and ensure their eligibility of lounge usage
• Attend to the needs of lounge guests in a proactive manner
• In charge of buffet table presentations to ensure that the food and beverages served are fresh and well-presented
• Ensure proper housekeeping in the lounges
• Monitor food wastage
• Perform basic administrative tasks and computerized transactions
• Proper recording and daily tabulation for month end closing
• Any other duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements

• Possess ‘N’ level/ ‘O’ level credits/ NITEC or equivalent qualification
• Experience in service sectors such as hotel and restaurant will be an added advantage
• Possess good pleasant personality and passion to serve and delight
