What’s the Role?
The role of the Billing Intern with Hilti is to get involved in the Daily Billing process from Invoice generation to invoice acknowledgment & being part of the C&C Team to lead Litigation cases.

What does the role involve?
In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily billing runs along with the invoice dispatching process & uploading of invoices to customer portals. You will maintain e-invoicing master data & various MIS Reports related to billing while collaborating with Lawyers to file Collection through Litigation / External Recovery. You will also perform the reconciliation of receivables by correct allocation of payments in SAP and execute various control reports on a monthly basis for further analysis. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders at Hilti, including identifying & actioning Hilti Account Manager queries in a timely and efficient manner and coordinating the collection activities with the Sales Department. You will also have the opportunity to participate in cross-functional projects and make suggestions for process improvements.
Finally, as the Billing & Collection Intern, you will be responsible for the diligent execution of the C&C policies of the Company.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to synthesize & present analysis results with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly developed time management, organization & prioritization skills
- Ability to make independent decisions based on the available information
- Learning agility, ambition to develop his/her skills in relevant areas
