Full Job Description
- Resolving queries generated by customers with efficiency.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their requirements.
- Document or maintain records of each and every interaction with the customers for future evaluation.
- Setting up customer accounts and providing relevant information to them.
- Follow the procedure, and guidelines provided and implement them while troubleshooting queries.

Salary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
