Your tasks:
- Deputizing for the chef in his absence
- Support in leading and motivating the kitchen brigade
- Assistance in ordering, receiving, and controlling the delivery of goods
- Preparing and preparing daily meals
- Professional service at the live cooking stations
- Jointly responsible for the mise-en-place on the relevant post
- Careful handling of equipment and proper clearing away
- Implementation of training courses at all posts
- Support/ assistance with all F&B activities
- Participate in regular meetings
- Participation in representative events in the absence of the chef
- Support in other departments
- Compliance with hygiene standards according to the general HACCP guidelines
Your profile:
- Completed training as a chef (m/f)
- Several years of relevant professional and first managerial experience
- Experience in international haute cuisine
- MS Office user knowledge
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of Italian an advantage
- Experience in buffet design and a front cooking
- creativity and innovation
- High self-motivation
- Open and positive attitude
- Versed in dealing with guests
