Al-Ain based reputed F&B firm is looking for a vibrant customer service representative:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer calls courteously, receive, process and enter orders.
- Respond to customer requests and enquiries.
- Conduct follow up phone calls with customers who have concerns.
- Schedule and prioritise orders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- English proficiency
- Excellent phone handling skills
- Attentiveness to handle multiple messages and calls
- MS Office proficiency
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED2,300.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
