Al-Ain based reputed F&B firm is looking for a vibrant customer service representative:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer calls courteously, receive, process and enter orders.
• Respond to customer requests and enquiries.
• Conduct follow up phone calls with customers who have concerns.
• Schedule and prioritise orders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• English proficiency
• Excellent phone handling skills
• Attentiveness to handle multiple messages and calls
• MS Office proficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED2,300.00 – AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
