Summary of Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for the daily functions of the HR department including onboarding and training staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program
- 3-5 years‘ experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: PHR or SHRM Certification
Essential Functions
- Coordinates the new hire process including processing of pay analysis, forms, offer letters, backgrounds and gathering data for recruitment metrics.
- Implements on-boarding, corporate housing, relocation and employee recognition programs.
- Participates in the implementation of policy changes and updates.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, discipline, disputes and investigations.
- Handles employment related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate HR staff.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law.

Compensation starting at: $63530 – 79415 / year and up dependent on candidate.
