We are currently looking for a Wind Farm Coordinator for our client from the manufacturing industry in Łaziska Górne .

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of the project’s potential in the context of obtaining grid connection conditions and initiating activities in locations with the greatest potential;
  • Cooperation with stakeholders involved in the project and influencing the process of obtaining the necessary permits and decisions;
  • Coordination and ensuring the proper flow of information and substantive support for the decision-making process;
  • Representing the company at every level of the design process;
  • Implementation and coordination of the process of obtaining the necessary decisions and permits;
  • Participation in the bidding process and cooperation with subcontractors;
  • Obtaining and completing all approvals, decisions, arrangements, certificates, permits necessary for the implementation of the investment;
  • Supervision over the completeness and updating of the required design documentation;
  • Ensuring effective communication in the project;

Expectations:

    • Necessary professional experience in similar positions in the preparation and implementation of infrastructure projects in Poland, preferably RES (wind and photovoltaic farms);
    • Knowledge of Polish law in the field of preparation and implementation of projects in the power industry and conditions related to the implementation of RES investments;
    • Higher education, preferred specialties: power engineering or electrical engineering, geodesy, environmental protection, urban planning or related;
    • Category B driving license;
    • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, QGIS or other GIS software, Google Earth is welcome;
    • Commitment and responsibility for the tasks performed;
    • Readiness for business trips (area: Poland) – cyclical trips depending on the needs, i.e. the need to appear in person (offices, meetings with property owners, etc.);
    • At least one year of experience in the renewable energy industry, in the development of photovoltaic or wind farm projects;
    • Knowledge of procedures related to PV or wind projects;
    • Knowledge of the Spatial Planning Act, selected issues of the Civil Code and land and mortgage register law regarding lease agreements, issues of KOWR, energy law, RES, construction law;
