About the Role

The HR Reporting & Data Analyst is responsible for creating reports, conducting analytics, and providing strategic insight into the effectiveness of various HR strategies, programs, and processes. The individual is also expected to help support the HR systems.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for producing approved HR reports and analytics packages.
  • Develop and sustain appropriate controls to maintain and report on information.
  • Analyze data and identify trends on people matters.
  • Build and maintain reporting automation/visualization tools to create efficiencies in support of HR and/or business strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve established practices
  • Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes. Perform regular business process reviews, make ongoing suggestions, and create an action plan.
  • Work with HR process leads, subject matter experts, and leadership to analyze HR performance metrics and other people’s data insights, and come up with recommendations and actions to improve HR services.
  • The HR leadership may determine other functions or projects from time to time.

What You Bring

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resource, Business or related field
  • 3 years+ experience in various HR CoEs / domains, preferable in HR Data Management, HRIS, HR Technology, People Analytics, and/or related areas
  • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or other Report visualization tools.
  • Certification a plus (HRIP, APA, Project Management Professional, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to proactively diagnose and solve medium to complex problems
  • Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management
  • Ability to report and organize data in a manner that will help both HR and the business make strategic decisions.
