Process Delivery Specialist

Full Job Description

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Performs business processing transactions on all work types (Financial or Non-Financial processes) of Life Customer Service.
  • Provides support on the foundation work types of another Life Customer Service team.
  • Meets productivity and quality targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Renders overtime whenever requested by the Supervisor including a rest day.
  • Uses expertise to evaluate the work of others and assist in process calibration.
  • Facilitates team huddles and teach-back sessions as scheduled.
  • Completes certification on the identified processes and developmental training.
  • Participates in functional and company-wide activities.
  • Adheres to company policy, guidelines, and house rules including attendance, clean desk, dress code, etc.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 4 year-course graduate or at least a Vocational/ Associate Degree Holder, an undergraduate (Bachelor’s Degree) or K12 Graduate with not less than 12 months of work experience in a contact center
  • Experience in Life Insurance and or customer service is a plus
  • Good knowledge in basic computer applications
  • Strong in written and oral communication skills
  • Can type 35 words per minute with 95% Accuracy
  • Willing to work on the night shift

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Claims, Policy Admin, Records, and mail) or Accounting (ARFC) is preferred
