Our company is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Sales Manager & Sales Assistant in Dubai. We need a self-motivated professional with proven sales experience and an outstanding track record in the hotel industry.

• Negotiate with hotels & companies and regularly monitor to ensure the continuity of services
• Ensure all hotels are re-contracted with specific deadlines
• Address and resolve any standard/service level issues with suppliers & our management
• Investigate and resolve internal issues with operation/account colleagues
• Closely monitor the guest house and work with all the relevant parties to stimulate the growth of revenue
• Conduct the required number of business meetings to improve relations with hotel key persons
• Undertake ongoing analysis of services and quality within contracting areas to maintain consistent services offering for clients
• Comprehensive understanding of the internal systems and processes in order to contract more efficiently and effectively

Salary:

AED6,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Area Hotel Contracting Management: 3 years (Required)
• Sales Management: 3 years (Required)
• Healthcare Management: 1 year (Required)
