- Manage and coordinate customer support teams.
- Conduct a quality assurance survey with customers to provide feedback to employees.
- Improve customer service procedures, policies, and standards and set clear and actionable goals for support teams.
- Cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues.
- Improve employee recruitment and appraisals to recruit better staff.
- Plan and improve the training process.
- Build a customer-centric culture.
- Aid the employees in keeping stress levels low and productivity high.
- Conduct periodic reviews and performance evaluations of team members.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Four years experience as a customer service supervisor.
- The high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent oral and written communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Proven ability to work with people at all levels within an organization.
- Good time management and prioritizing capabilities.
