Hiring a Customer Service Supervisor for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate customer support teams.
  2. Conduct a quality assurance survey with customers to provide feedback to employees.
  3. Improve customer service procedures, policies, and standards and set clear and actionable goals for support teams.
  4. Cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues.
  5. Improve employee recruitment and appraisals to recruit better staff.
  6. Plan and improve the training process.
  7. Build a customer-centric culture.
  8. Aid the employees in keeping stress levels low and productivity high.
  9. Conduct periodic reviews and performance evaluations of team members.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Four years experience as a customer service supervisor.
  3. The high degree of professionalism and integrity.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  5. Good computer knowledge.
  6. Proven ability to work with people at all levels within an organization.
  7. Good time management and prioritizing capabilities.
