Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and well-rounded operations clerk to assist with the operations of the online store. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. They will also be required to gain a deep understanding of the trading card game Magic: The Gathering as that dictates our primary operational activities.
Responsibilities:
- Packing and shipping orders.
- Keeping track of inventory.
- Coordinating with our shipping service provider.
- Staying up to date on upcoming product releases.
- Assisting customers with any concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / High School
- Strong time-management skills
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn the needs of the Magic: The Gathering community
- Should be based in Abu Dhabi
