Indian Hot Springs is NOW HIRING a Front Desk Associate!

*$19.00 – $22.00 per hour *Full Time & Part-time hours available

Our Front Desk team play a key role here at Indian Hot Springs. They have product knowledge of the services we provide, acknowledge every customer and provide solutions for them regarding their stay, reservations and soaking needs!. They confidently ring up all transactions while handling customer credit cards and cash payments. You help set the tone for our guest experience!

Job Duties:

*Greet and acknowledge every customer *Provide exceptional customer service *Making reservations and book our services *Possess product knowledge and current pricing *Provide solutions and answers to customer questions over the phone *Keep the cashier station and lobby clean and tidy *Operate registers, scanners, and credit card / debit card terminals *Work together with house-keeping to ensure a seamless experience for our guests

Job Requirements:

*Valid Driver’s License or ID *Ability to work with computers *Must be Dependable, Friendly, Responsible, and a Great Team Player *Excellent communication and customer service skills *Ability to problem solve and work in a fast paced environment
