Storekeeper
1- Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
2- Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
3- Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
4- Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels
5- Keep up- to- date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
6- Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies
7- Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
8- Oversee the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and minor repairs
9- Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
10- Create purchase orders and utilize purchasing card to perform low- value procurement activities
11- Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers as appropriate.
*2 Years Diploma in related fields.
*Effective communication skills.
*Punctual and reliable.
*Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
*Minimum of one Year of experience in the same or any related field.
