Full Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven team leader from The Philippines (with excellent spoken English) to be a part of our global team!
The team leader will be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of customer support agents to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase service delivery. You will use English to communicate with the team, foreign clients, and customers from English-speaking countries on a daily basis.
To be successful as a team leader, you should have a track record of team motivation and positive KPI results. Ultimately, a top-notch team leader should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with clients, be goal-driven, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English – ability to communicate information and ideas clearly & concisely.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience. (in Customer Service or Business Process Outsourcing related industry is a plus)
- At least 1 year of management/trainer experience. (ever managed a team of more than 5 people)
- Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
- Ability to multitask, pays attention to detail, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Proactive, flexible, and willing to learn & adapt to changes.
- Reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
- Quality headset, preferably with noise cancellation.
- Strong resilience.
- Flexible with working hours – able to work on weekends/public holidays if required.
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Conducting training, coaching, and quality assessment of team members to maximize their potential.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Conducting performance reviews and action plans
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
