We are looking for a result-driven team leader from The Philippines (with excellent spoken English) to be a part of our global team!

The team leader will be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of customer support agents to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase service delivery. You will use English to communicate with the team, foreign clients, and customers from English-speaking countries on a daily basis.

To be successful as a team leader, you should have a track record of team motivation and positive KPI results. Ultimately, a top-notch team leader should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with clients, be goal-driven, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently.

Requirements

• Superior written and verbal communication skills in English – ability to communicate information and ideas clearly & concisely.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of working experience. (in Customer Service or Business Process Outsourcing related industry is a plus)
• At least 1 year of management/trainer experience. (ever managed a team of more than 5 people)
• Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
• Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
• Ability to multitask, pays attention to detail, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Proactive, flexible, and willing to learn & adapt to changes.
• Reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
• Quality headset, preferably with noise cancellation.
• Strong resilience.
• Flexible with working hours – able to work on weekends/public holidays if required.
