Superviseur Cleaning (H/F) 

Your tasks:

• Control, supervision, and supervision of cleaning teams
• Management of the schedule of cleaning teams
• Execution of quality audits and implementation of corrective actions
• Stock management, ordering cleaning materials (equipment and consumables), and inventory management
• Regular contact with the client
• Miscellaneous administrative work
• Service Coordination Session
• Elaboration of quotes, Assistance in the creation of calls for tenders for our customers
• Day-to-day customer relationship management
• Invoice administration
• Order tracking
• Participation and animation of operational sessions, implementation, and follow-up of reports for our customers
• Active monitoring of SOFT service ticketing-related to cleaning
• Management and monitoring of cleaning projects

Your profile:

• Coming from training in the field of cleanliness and cleaning (CFC or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in a similar function involving active management of cleaning/hotel stewarding teams
• Proven experience in team management
• Computer proficiency, especially in Excel
• Good command of spoken and written French
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Sense of responsibility
• Helpful with a strong customer focus
• Autonomous, discreet, and endowed with a developed team spirit
• Good sense of organization and good resistance to stress
• Ease in contact and smiling
• Significant adaptability
