Full Job Description
Responsibilities –
1. Complete file management and keep the record up to date
2. Scanning and printing all papers
3. Uploading all scanned documents on google drive and keeping them updated
4. Making payment receipts for customers
5. Managing site inventory
6. Sending letters via posts and checking tracking details.
7. Managing petty cash
8. Assissting all other departments in paper work
9. Keeping track of attendance of staff members
Requirements –
1. Must be fluent in written and verbal Hindi.
2. Hindi typing knowledge is preferred
3. Must have worked on excel before
4. Knowledge of google drive or sheets is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
