The ideal candidate thrives in a fast moving sales environment and is happy speaking to prospects through the majority of the day. Applicant will have opportunity to learn to do business in real-estate industry . (Call Centre Experience Is A Must)

Responsibilities

• Primary duties include following up on and nurturing qualified leads using easy to follow up script (NO cold calls).
• This position is database conversion / appointment setting / relationship building.
• Use CRM to Input/Manage client & lead databases.
• An active listener that offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients.

*Qualifications:

· Proven track record on telephone

· Experience using a CRM database.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Coachable, strong work ethic, persistent

· A team first, collaborative mentality.
