Roles and Responsibilities :
- Product assembly and testing in the production line.
- Production Job Breakdown Sheet and Work Instruction; Quality Instructions and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Instructions.
- Feedback to production shift supervisor for any deviation concerning quality, machine breakdown, and safety.
- Alert the maintenance department about machine breakdown through the E-Andon platform.
- Perform steps of 5S at your assigned workstations.
- Perform support for sorting defective components or finished goods.
- Participate in continuous improvement or Kaizen events and provide feedback on ways to improve the current work process.
Requirements :
- Upper Secondary School or High School or equivalent.
- Know how to use a computer (need to use Manufacturing Execution System software)
- Good problem-solving skills
