Corporate Sales Manager
FRUTTA is a startup by alumni from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA). We help provide convenience and flexibility to corporates by aggregating speciality kitchens and provide a portfolio of categories ranging from food, healthy snacks, fresh fruit bowls, juices, milkshakes, sandwiches, desi south Indian snacks, confectioneries, savories, salads and other snacks.
Job location: Chennai
Role description (Reporting to City Head)
- Managing sales of products into corporates – IT & Non IT
- Concept selling of snacks and food to HR/Admins/Facility managers of corporates
- Managing rigorous follow ups with visited clients for conversion
- Closing sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing sales or purchase contracts, and collects payment
- Develop annual/half yearly calendar on corporate events for various existing clients to ensure efficient order/sales conversion
- Effective key account management to ensure daily orders from clients who order weekly/monthly/quarterly
- Develop innovative ways to identify, connect & network with warm/hot leads through social media platforms
- Prioritize and plan customer meetings to ensure monthly numbers are met
- Daily reporting regarding the sales calls, orders converted, warm leads & week plans
Skill Sets required/Preferred qualifications
- Passion for food and snacks
- Strong analytical skill
- Knowledge of Bangalore geography
- Interested in B2B sales
- Willingness to travel and meet prospects vigorously
- Motivated to perform and have an exponential growth in the organization
- Excellent verbal communication skills while presenting the brand and idea to customers
- The job involves extensive traveling within Bangalore, hence candidate should be comfortable
- Highly target oriented mindset to meet the weekly/monthly numbers
- Enjoys the challenging vibe of concept selling a new product into an untapped market
- Daily documentation & reporting
