Responsibilities
- Manage email communications with clients and vendors
- Provide expert advice and support to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and feedback.
- Continuously improve the customer experience through feedback and suggestions.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Document Support and product requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field except Engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- A passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
