At Volvo Group Australia (VGA) you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. During your 6 month S’Internship (Summer Internship) you will assist assist our Uptime and Connected Services Team to increase dealer engagement in contract management in delivering an efficient and accurate dashboard.

Who are you?
Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role you will:

• Assist to finalise our Service Contract – Dealer Monthly Reporting Dashboard E.g. Expand what’s there to include Support by dealer and labour/parts discounts
• Expand our automation E.g. Can we automate notifications to our customers around expiring contracts
• Build our retention of contracts
• Expand our dashboard to an Oil Sample dashboard for our contract vehicles

What you need to bring with you:

• Intermediate skills in MS Office 365 suite of tools
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to easily establish stakeholder relationships
• Initiative, curiosity and have a passion for learning new skills
