We are looking for Collections Agents.
Job Location:- Dubai UAE
Freshers are welcome to Apply
Task:-
– Recovering outstanding amount from delinquent customers.
– Acknowledge and resolve customers complaints
– Identify fraudulent customers
– Negotiate repayment terms
– Skip tracing
– Giving reminder calls on PTP accounts in terms of collecting the commuted amount from the customers
– Any further task need to be perform as per the job requirements
Must Have:-
– Strong negotiations skills
– Target oriented
– Capable of handling target pressure
– Able to work as per the given deadlines
– Problem solving skills
– Good written and verbal communication
Education Requirements
– Minimum bachelor’s degree holder
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month
