Jobs in Dubai for Freshers With Salary

We are looking for a qualified real estate agent who will be responsible for buying and selling property for our real estate business. We offer AED 4000/- Salary plus attractive commission. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counselling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices. You will also be in charge of creating lists of real estate properties and presenting purchase offers to sellers.

Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:

• Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
• Counselling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
• Creating lists for real estate sale/ rent properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
• Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
• Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
• Maintaining your real estate license and knowledge.

Real Estate Agent Requirements:

• Knowledge about Dubai Real Estate Market.
• Strong Sales skills.
• Hindi, Urdu, English speaking (preferred).
• Freshers with strong sales skill can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
