As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Afeela Services, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met. - Customer Interaction: Provide friendly, professional, and timely responses to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Issue Resolution: Assess and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer and the company.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers.
- Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to ensure customers receive accurate information and support.
- Empathy and Patience: Display empathy and patience when handling customer concerns or complaints, striving to create a positive customer experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for analysis and reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to products, services, or processes based on customer feedback.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
- Flexibility in work hours, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to adapt to changing customer service procedures and policies.
- Commitment to ongoing training and development to stay updated on company offerings and customer service best practices.

Salary: From AED3,500.00 per month
