Job Description
- In charge of daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations.
- Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders, as needed
- Prepare shift schedule for front and back of the house
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with Opera and POS
- Communication and team management abilities
