Sales Coordinator (Fresher)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To act as SPOC for the sales team for coordination and documentation work.
- To send the quotation to the customer, send him the required reports.
- To raise the Work order and art work and cylinder request and inform sales manager.
- Follow up for the production and delivery dates and inform the customers accordingly and update to customer and sales manager.
- Ensure that the production is taking place as per the customer’s requirement.
- Follow up with PPC for the timely delivery.
- To follow up for delivery and ensure that delivery conditions and documentations are met with the required standards and update the customers.
- To follow up for the payments due from the customers.
- To inform the QA about any rejection or customer complaint.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Graduates ONLY (NO MBA / PGDM / B.tech)
- Freshers are welcome
- Good communication skills
- Organization skills,
- Presentation skills
- Analytical Skills
- Strong MS Office knowledge.
- Experience in export market coordination is preferred.
- Should be ready to join ASAP.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
