Department Manager

Primark, an international Fashion Retail company with 15 stores in Italy and more than 4,000 collaborators, continues its expansion in Italy by opening new stores in the coming months.

Entering our reality you will have the opportunity to work in stores with a team of around 300 collaborators, an average surface area of ​​4500 square meters and a managerial team of at least 20 colleagues.

YOUR TYPICAL DAY:

• Lead, train and develop a team of at least 10 people and be the point of reference for other Managers.
• Commercial management of your department: analysis of the main KPIs and reordering of large volumes of goods
• Guarantee excellent sales standards for an excellent customer experience

THE MANAGER WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Determined to grow to become our Store Manager of future stores opening
• Dynamic and proactive
• With at least 2 years of experience in the Retail/GDO world
• Experienced in team management, training and development
• Available for transfer on the national territory – with the possibility of expressing a preference on at least 2 regions in which we are present

The possibility of working in different cities will give you the opportunity to get to know different contexts and collaborate with different teams. This is why Primark will financially support your transfers right from the start, with a specific rental policy which provides for a contribution of up to a maximum of €800 gross per month for a duration of up to 18 months.

Furthermore, you will be reimbursed up to €1400 gross for specific expenses you will incur for the transfer.
