Japan General Manager
Overview:
Our client is a looking hire a General Manager to oversee the consumer business in Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution strategy across business, marketing and product teams, unconventional brand campaigns and product offerings that excite
- Drive acquisition, engagement and retention for a growing user base
- Acquire subscribers through effective & efficient digital marketing channels
- Manage several direct reports and oversee a larger organization of 15 people
- Be instrumental in effective stakeholder management
- Work collaborative with global leadership
- Manage the Japan consumer business P/L
- Report into CxO in global HQ
Requirements:
- Track record of delivery & leadership of consumer businesses
- 10 yrs experience in growth, marketing, & product
- P/L management experience of multi-million dollars in annual revenue
- Experience developing consumer digital products & services from scratch
- Proven growth mindset
- Able to influence regional teams
- Fluency in English and Japanese
Conditions:
- Full Time, Permanent
- Salary: ¥30,000,000 (negotiable depending on skills and experience)
