Demat Account Opening Executive
Demat Account Open Executive :
As a Demat Account Opening Executive, your main responsibility will be to assist in the efficient and accurate opening of demat accounts for customers. The customers are assigned & given by the company itself
Job location :
1. Remote (Work From Home)
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Assistance: Provide support to clients in understanding the demat account opening process, answering their queries, and guiding them through the process
2. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter client details and account opening information into the system, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records
3. Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns or issues related to the demat account opening process promptly and professionally
4. Reporting: Assist in generating reports and maintaining relevant data related to demat account opening for management review
Requirements:
1. Education: 12th Pass or equivalent diploma
2. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
3. Customer Service: Basic customer service skills to provide satisfactory assistance to clients and address their queries
4. Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Salary :
Starting at Rs.15,000 per month, with the potential to earn up to Rs.30,000 or more through commissions depending on factors : knowledge, experience & performance
Job Types: Part-time, Fresher
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
