Full Job Description

We are a subsidiary of Sean Kou Resources Berhad, a publicly listed company on the main market of Bursa Malaysia. We are currently expanding our forestry development projects. We welcome talented candidates to join us, together we build green and sustainable operations and platforms!

The job:

Assist in recruitment and company branding duties. Recruitment duties involved both locals and foreigners.
Practice recruitment with company procedure.
Gather branding information and assist in applying for management certifications.
Arrange schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Assist the HR manager in the documentation of recruitment files and company employees’ files.
Comply with employment practices laws and company policies.
Any ad-hoc duties from time to time are assigned by the manager.

The Remuneration Package:

Full-time position.
Entitled for EPF, SOCSO, & EIS.
Self-elevation Allowance or Professional Membership Allowance.
Provided with free company parking, comfortable office, and in-house canteen. Near to LRT station ( 6 minutes walking distance ).

The Person:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, HR, or Psychology.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Manufacturing experience of>3 years is an added advantage.
Familiar with Employment Act 1955 and other related acts are favorable.
Being fluent in English writing and computer literacy is a great plus.
A strategic thinker and a deadline-oriented personality are highly favorable.
