Warehouse Assistant
Full Job Description
Working hoursat least 30 hours per week
The role will include, but not limited to
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain relevant warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Job pre-requisites:
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior work experience is not required but would be an advantage
- Attention to details and a hard-working
- excellent work ethic and great time management passion for the
- The successful candidate must not have any criminal convictions
- Proficiency in computer and related office software, especially excel
