Vivid Games is one of the leading Polish mobile game developers and publishers but also a team of almost 90 individuals on a mission to entertain players with great games. The games we publish are developed by internal teams and external studios as well as by the publishing program. We work remotely, having an office in Bydgoszcz.

Join the Real Boxing team as a Game Analyst and let’s utilize your knowledge and skills to analyze and provide insights to make the game more fun for players. You’ll be working closely with the industry experts – senior designers, programmers, artists, testers, and game analysts. While enjoying a good return rate, we’re working on improving its metrics as well as players’ engagement and satisfaction. We’re focusing on implementing new exciting features like Live Ops, Machine Learning solutions, and player segmentation. Can’t wait to do more: unique and spectacular gameplay by implementing outstanding special moves, demanding boxers, and unparalleled in-depth and complex fights!

What are your duties?

• Analyzing game performance data that leads to a better understanding of player behavior and system performance,
• Preparing reports and recommendations based on statistics that answer players’ needs and expectations,
• Designing and optimizing algorithms responsible for managing mobile apps’ monetization process,
• Assistance in creating architecture and analytical tools, eg. game dashboards,
• Designing A/B tests and preparing analysis for product development,
• Collecting and deep-dive analyzing user data from large databases related to monetization, in-game economy, user behavior, sales, etc.

What should you offer?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Physics, or other related fields,
• 2+ years experience in a data analyst role with a focus on Bussiness Intelligence,
• 1+ years experience in the gaming industry (will be your great asset),
• Exceptional analytical thinking skills,
• Ability to look at large complex data sets and formulate meaningful conclusions,
• Proficiency with SQL for data extraction,
• Knowledge of Big Query (will be your great asset),
• Good communication skills in oral and written English (at least B2).
