With your experience as a designer, you will create interactive applications with high-quality UX and UI design. You will accompany us from the first wireframe to the final design. In the design team, you and the other jls designers will constantly improve the design process and keep an overview of current trends.

• Using human-centered design methods, you support our customers in defining their problems and define project-specific procedures that precisely influence the solution finding.
• You research trends in the customer environment, the market and competitors, as well as their solutions, and develop innovative concepts based on findings from UX research in an iterative process.
• You develop design systems and ensure the consistent design language.
• You implement concepts and designs of new digital solutions for our customers. With a simple user experience and modern designs, you connect our customers’ brands with their enthusiastic users.

• You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design of mobile and/or web applications, ideally on the agency side.
• You have completed an apprenticeship in the field of design.
• You have a diverse approach to work and are passionate about UX and UI design in equal measure. You always strive for the “next level” with your design tools and know-how and advance yourself and those around you.
• You can competently present your ideas and concepts to our customers and are fluent in German and English.
• You have a passion for creative ideas, new technologies, unique customer experiences and inspiring design.
