3D Printer Design Engineer
Full Job Description
Role Summary:
Role expectation from s/he is designing Change Parts, Spare Parts, Fixture, OEM Parts rework projects and produce with additive manufacturing technologies all products for packaging line in Konya HPC Factory. Responsible for loading and unloading MJF and FDM 3D printers and fitting and finishing the printed models.
Main Responsibilities
- Leading/Designing/Produce all Change Parts projects in the Factory by following related Local & Unilever Technical Standards and implement projects with the Technical and Production team in line with Safety & Quality procedures.
- Ensuring to implement projects according to planned budget, quality and time bound.
- Responsible for delevopment Change Over, SMED/+, Kaizen Projects in Liquid and Powder Packaging Lines.
- Following up all “Third Party” related supporting jobs beside main project execution.
- Creating effective communication with other department heads during project time.
- Innovation and OEM parts rework projects ensuring high quality for improvement and productivity within WCM, MANEX
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Science or Engineering Field (Mechanical)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related jobs
- Fluent in English & Turkish, both written and spoken
- Autodesk Inventor and The Feed Scroll Generator knowledge is a must
- Autodesk Fusion 360 Knowledge is a plus
- 3D Printer Technologies (Essential: MJF and FDM) tools knowledge is a must
- 3D Scanning Technologies (with VXelements) knowledge is a must
- Generative Shape Design and T-Splines modeling knowledge is a plus
- Timing Screws and Scrolls designing knowledge is a plus
- Mechanical Assembly, Measuring Devices and Tools knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of The ISO System of Limits and Fits and Machine Elements is a plus
- Standard MS Office tools knowledge is a plus
- Proven ability to plan and manage own work within a technical area
- Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders, including those from non-technical backgrounds
- Ability to use digital approaches to data collection (other qualitative or quantitative)
- Experience with approved Production Efficiency Models like TPM & WCM is preferred.
