Customer Relations Specialist

General Qualifications

  • At least an undergraduate degree
  • At least 2 years of call center experience
  • Able to use active excel at a very good level
  • Good level of English
  • Knowledge of Call Center general call systematics and processes
  • Knowledge of the Call Center call evaluation program and systematics
  • Knowledge of Call Center capacity and resource planning
  • Preferably have knowledge of planning, monitoring and quality.
  • Analytical and problem solving ability
  • Have a customer-oriented working discipline

Job Description

  • Internal and external Call Center planning and efficiency analysis,
  • Creating a total resource volume planning by making impact analysis of call flow, call durations and distributions,
  • To support projects carried out inside and outside the call center that concern the call center,
  • Fulfilling the requirements of the Marketing and Communication department standards and objectives,
  • Identifying development needs identified in systems and processes and following up on necessary improvements,
  • Supporting the Contact Center / Communication Line team during busy periods,
  • Supporting the preparation and updating of training documents,
  • Preparing and following the customer relations powerhouse performance reporting processes,
  • Supporting customer relations reporting processes,
  • Operational efficiency analysis, KPI, SLA reports and tracking.
