Customer Relationship Manager

 Job Description:

• Sales Quotation Preparation.
• Quotation for After Sales Related Services
• Mail to Customers.
• Follow Up and Confirmation.
• Payment Follow-up to Customers | New AMC Follow-up.
• Ticket Booking in ERP with reference to customer mails – Align to the corresponding support executive and Send mail to customer.
• Closure mail to customer after Ticket Closure.
• Project Co-ordination with customers + Customer Feedback (Mails & Calls).
• Time Verification of Support Executives in Mobile App.
• General Excel Sheet Entry & Filing Work.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per year
