Human Resource & Admin
Human resource & Admin possess excellent decision-making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills. Beyond these traits, Human Resource & Admin Manager must be well-educated in their field of expertise and has robust work experiences.
- Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR / Payroll & Administration.
- Handle company’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.
- Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors.
- Implementation of all safety measures required to combat Covid-19 and its monitoring.
- Provide and prepare compensation information for auditors.
- Handle queries from and prepare surveys from statutory boards.
- In charge of Petty Cash reimbursement and disbursement.
- In charge of full spectrum of office administration and pantry supplies replenishment.
- Other specific duties as assigned.
- Must work on weekend and public holiday also even rotate night shift.
