Assistant Front Office Manager (all genders)

The reception department of the Palais Hansen Kempinski Vienna includes the entire reception department, the Conciergerie including wage servants, and the switchboard. In addition, she is responsible for all aspects of guest care, guest communication, and order in the public areas and is available to our guests around the clock for all requests and concerns.

Your tasks

  • Deputy management and organization of the front office team
