Application Testing Representative
Key Functions:
- Support unit testing, System integration testing and User acceptance test for an application build
- Write test cases on Azure board (Azure Devops)
- Run test cases and record the result
- Raise bugs/defects on Azure boards (Azure Devops)
- Access and usage of client requirement tracking systems, ability to explain and follow-up with applicable developer for fixes or BA for clarification
- Support for basic customer issues and fulfilling service desk requests
- Monitor bugs/tasks solving progress and provide necessary whip up on both sides
- Work with Project team for remote support and project miscellaneous
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Familiar with personal computers as well as web based systems applications and Mobile app packages, trained to solve known problems and to fulfill service requests
- Cantonese Read, write and speak
- CET-6, English read and write, good speaking is a plus
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively
- Positive customer service attributes
