Main duties and responsibilities

Analysis and adjustment (if necessary) of technical specifications and project documentation for process control systems – functional, structural, electrical diagrams, specifications.

Implementation/participation in the development of the concept of the design solution, terms of reference, feasibility study for its application.

Selection of equipment for process control systems, communications, instrumentation.

Acquisition of equipment and materials in accordance with the documentation for delivery to the Customer (TCH request).

Implementation/participation in the design of distributed automation systems (APCS), in the development of software for HMI panels (Siemens, etc.), as well as PLCs in the languages of the IEC 61131-3 standard (FBD, LD, ST, SFC, etc.) .) according to the functional specification.

Commissioning of frequency converters Siemens SEW, etc.

Carrying out commissioning, acceptance tests, registration of acceptance documentation. Launching industrial process control systems into commercial operation.

Requirements

Higher education in one of the following specialties: electric drive and automation of industrial installations and technological complexes, automation of technological processes and production, robots and robotic systems.

Siemens Step 7 (PLC programmer)

Wonderware InTouch (visualization)

Ability to read technical documentation, electrical diagrams, PID diagrams

Experience in the field of automation of industrial installations from 3 years.
