The successful candidate will have:

• two to four years of corporate and securities law experience focusing on Capital Markets and M&A
• experience with financing and mergers and acquisitions involving public companies, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters
• exceptional client service skills
• excellent communication and drafting skills
• strong academic credentials
