We seek a highly motivated and skilled Telesales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote our college admissions services to prospective students and their families through outbound calling.
– Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and their families to introduce them to our college admissions services.
– Engage with potential customers professionally and persuasively, effectively communicate the benefits of our services, and answer any questions they may have.
– Schedule appointments with interested students and families for our admissions advisors.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
– Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as set by the management team.
– Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
– Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
– Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office.
– Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Results-driven and able to meet or exceed sales targets.
