Business Intelligence Working Student

Happyglam is a new, innovative & data-driven Berlin-based cosmetics company focused on e-commerce. Through social media, we create an international brand for clean, vegan and eco-friendly cosmetic products. We are well-funded and have experienced serial entrepreneurs in the beauty, health, and fashion e-commerce space in our team.

Tasks

• As Business Intelligence working student at Happyglam, you will be responsible for creating, managing and analyzing our data across key functions from Marketing to Operations
• You will manage existing data models and reports used to take key decisions in the day-to-day operations
• You will develop new data models as the business develops to inform future strategic actions and help us achieve our ambitious eCommerce growth and profitability targets
• Based o your data analyzed and insights gained, you will identify trends and patterns and provide recommendations for business actions

Requirements

• You have a university degree in business, economics, mathematics, analytics or a similar field with some first relevant work experience in an analytical role
• Data fascinates you and you are passionate about collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
• You possess a growth-mind-set and a can-do-mentality
• You speak fluent English, German is a plus
• You consider yourself a team player, proactive, curious, and open-minded
• You live in Berlin
• First experiences with y42 are a plus
